Payment options

We offer the following payment options for deliveries within Germany:
 

Paypal

For the payment you need a PayPal account.
If you do not have a PayPal account or do not want to register, you can pay conveniently via the PayPal guest account by credit card or direct debit.

After completing the order, you will be securely redirected to the PayPal site via SSL. Please note that your preferred delivery address must also be stored as the delivery address in your PayPal account.

PayPal Express / PayPal Später payment

For the payment you need a Paypal account.
By paying via Paypal Express, you will be redirected directly from the shopping cart page to the Paypal payment page.
The address data will be transferred from Paypal to our store.
With Paypal late payment you agree a payment term or a later debit date with Paypal.

Please note that your delivery address must also be stored as the delivery address in your PayPal account

Credit card (via PayPal Checkout)

Payments by credit card are processed by PayPal. A PayPal customer account is not necessary.

You can make your credit card payment with a Visa, Maestro or MasterCard. Your credit card details will be processed via a secure SSL connection.
Additional authentication is required when paying with MasterCard or Visa (3D-Secure Verified by Visa | MasterCard SecureCode).
Please note that the invoice amount will be charged immediately after the order has been completed, regardless of the availability of the goods.

Purchase on account

Purchase on account is processed by Ratepay/PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE
Ratepay carries out an identity and credit check of the customer in its own name as soon as the customer chooses "purchase on account". If Ratepay decides that a customer does not qualify for "purchase on account", a rejection message will be displayed to the customer immediately. In this case, no Ratepay invoice contract is concluded. The customer is redirected to the merchant's payment page.

Apple Pay (via PayPal Checkout)

With Apple Pay, you can make purchases in our webshop particularly quickly and easily, because you pay via iPhone and Apple Watch - the devices you always have with you. Payment with Apple Pay is also possible with a Mac or iPad:
Thanks to Apple Pay, you don't have to fill out any forms or create an account when shopping online with your Apple device. After you have entered your account information once via the Wallet app, simply select Apple Pay as the payment method in the checkout process. You can connect Apple Pay to both a credit card and a debit card - for example, your Sparkasse girocard. You then confirm the payment easily and securely via Face ID or Touch ID. On your MacBook Pro, confirm your purchase via Touch ID on the Touch Bar. If you are using a MacBook or a Mac without Touch Bar, your iPhone or Apple Watch will take over the ID process. Please note that all devices use the same iCloud accounts for this and you must first activate payment on your MacBook or Mac in your Apple Wallet app.

Google Pay (via PayPal Checkout)

Google Pay makes shopping in our online store particularly convenient. To use Google Pay you need:

• A smartphone with the Android 5.0 operating system or newer
• a smartphone with an NFC interface for contactless data transfer
• a Google account
• the Google Pay app on the smartphone
• a credit card with one of the banks that cooperate with Google and that has been successfully added to your Google Pay app

Immediate (via PayPal Checkout)

The instant purchase is processed by PayPal. A PayPal customer account is not required.
You will need your online banking access data (PIN/TAN) for the bank transfer.

GiroPay (via PayPal Checkout)

The purchase with Giropay is processed by PayPal. A PayPal customer account is not required.
You will need your online banking access data (PIN/TAN) for the transfer with Giopay.

SEPA direct debit (via PayPal Checkout)

Payments by SEPA direct debit are processed by PayPal.
To pay by SEPA direct debit mandate, it is necessary to store the bank account in the PayPal profile. A credit card with an expiry date or topping up the PayPal account is not necessary.

Pre-payment bank transfer

Immediately after receipt of your order you will receive our order confirmation by email. The confirmation contains the bank details for the bank transfer. Normally, the banking term for SEPA transfers is one banking day. In the case of bank transfers by bank transfer, the bank processing time is usually two bank working days. If you need more than 7 days for payment, please let us know by phone or email.

Information about orders from Switzerland and non-EU countries

The product prices displayed in our online store include German VAT. For countries that are not members of the European Union (EU), only the net price will be charged. After you have registered and logged in, the store will automatically display the net prices for foreign orders outside the EU.

Swiss customs regulations for private individuals in postal traffic
Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to customs duty and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is deemed to be the importer and is obliged to pay the applicable charges. These are levied by Swiss Post on delivery of the consignment (import tax and postage tax). Further details can be found on the website of the Federal Customs Administration.
